The most common test involves measuring the flow of water flowing out of a municipal fire hydrant measured in gallons per minute while recording how much the water. During the course of the test the water flow should be monitored and re measured every 15 minutes to make sure that a constant flow rate is maintained.

This portable test kit will give you the same result as testing your pump on a state of the art test bench at a fraction of the cost. If the well runs dry during the test it can burn out the water pump or collapse the water reservoir so it is important to keep an eye on the water flow.
